Abstract
Infrastructure development is a priority scale in recent years in Cibeureum Village, but there are several factors that hinder development, namely the weather. The purpose of this research is how to increase the role of the Village Head in improving infrastructure development in Cibeureum Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province.
This research method uses a qualitative research method and a descriptive approach. The focus of the research is the Role of the Village Head in Improving Infrastructure Development in Cibeureum Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. efforts to increase the role of the Village Head in Improving Infrastructure Development in Cibeureum Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province.
Research Conclusions Note that: (1) The Role of the Village Head in Enhancing Infrastructure Development in Cibeureum Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, It is good enough to know that Cibeureum Village is one of the most advanced villages in Bogor Regency, and the role of the Village Head and Village Officials already quite good in terms of infrastructure development. (2) Inhibiting Factors in the Village Head's Role in Infrastructure Development, namely the Weather factor and the Development Budget delay factor. (3) Efforts to increase the role of the village head in development, namely that the village head should not just sit in front of a table whose name is the village head must be able to travel to every area so that he will know what is really needed by the community.
